Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.


Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition.
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit only.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, we issue store credit for returned items, which you can use to place a new order within the next 90 days. 

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have any concerns about your order — whether related to condition, quality, or anything else — please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How to Request a Return
Email us at avigailjewelry@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your store credit via email.
